Order Cancellations

• Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Refund Method & Timeline

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customized, personalized, and perishable products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
